Bill For PGGCC Neighbourhood Plan Keeps on Climbing

EXCLUSIVE Prince George, B.C.- It has been more than two years since former Mayor Colin Kinsley announced the City would be developing a neighbourhood plan for the Prince George Golf and Curling Club lands. At the time, (December of 2007) the City Manager, (George Paul)  said the plan would cost between $60 and $80 thousand dollars which would be covered by the Administrative Operations budget.
